    Our team of therapists and physicians are here to help patients living with overwhelming issues such as unresolved grief, depression, anxiety, anger and other mental health conditions. We offer various levels of treatment to meet your needs including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.

  • Chronic Pain

    When chronic pain becomes an addiction, our physicians and therapists specialize in helping patients learn positive ways to find relief from physical pain. Our chronic pain treatment and medication dependency program is based on a 12-step approach to recovery and strives to meet the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs unique to those with chronic pain management needs.

  • Eating Disorders

    Our eating disorders program helps adolescents and adults who use food to cope with stress, anxiety or other conflicts. Our program goal is to re-establish a healthy relationship with food. We offer intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, as well as care after discharge.

  • MEND Program

    The MEND Program is designed to support the patient and their family in maintaining or regaining emotional health and balance during the process of a significant medical illness or treatment such as transplantation, diabetes management or chemotherapy. This program is available for youth and adults.

  • Outpatient Therapy

    Our team of licensed therapists can help you and your family work through the stresses and emotional difficulties that are impacting your relationships and daily activity. We’re here for you whether you’re suffering from depression, anxiety, grief or any other emotional problems. Our focus is to strengthen your coping skills and your overall wellness.

  • Senior Services

    We are one of the few hospitals able to serve the needs of the rapidly growing number of seniors ages 55 and up in the Inland Empire. Our approach has a strong emphasis on meeting a senior’s need for independence.

  • Youth Services

    Today’s children and teens face many challenges that may cause them to act out, harm themselves or lead to compulsive behaviors. Designed for both children and adolescents, our youth behavioral health services treat youth experiencing emotional or behavioral problems. We place a strong emphasis in treating the entire family with the goals of restoring a sense of hope and bringing courage and resiliency to the family unit.

    The Shield Program for Adolescent Self-Injury at Loma Linda University Behavioral Medicine Center is designed to help teens learn ways to cope with extreme emotions without resorting to self-injury and to help parents understand how overwhelming emotions lead some teens to hurt themselves.
